Responsibilities

• Consult with buyers, convert leads, and identify suitable homes.
• Guide clients through VA loan eligibility and lender coordination.
• Develop knowledge of JBSA base proximity, BAH, and commutes.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of buyers and sellers.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Market listings with pricing strategies and staging.
• Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing support.
