The Permanent Change of Station (PCS) Office within the Bureau of Administration leads modernization with MoveUSA, the next-generation PCS platform. This role supplements the current team of Analysts and Query Team Specialists, guiding employees through relocation and offering end-user support for system navigation, issue resolution, and process guidance.

The position emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, potential workflow development, and documentation to ensure a seamless relocation

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of the Department of State PCS Portal, PCS Claims, and PCS process.
• Understanding of passport/visa processes and liaison resources.
• Knowledge of DOS Shipping Entitlements Basics and Shipping Travel Basics.
• Experience with Travel Authorizations and correcting errors in the process.
• Policy understanding and ability to communicate it clearly to others.
• Active Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as liaison between customers and providers with a regional POC document.
• Advocate for customers by answering questions within 24 hours and providing updates.
• Provide Post Checklist technical assistance.
• Understand and manage ticketing workflows and interfacing operations.
• Manage customer inquiry tickets in Outlook and report to COR/ACOR.
• Facilitate training for posts on check-in/check-out processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
