Homefront United Realty Group in San Antonio seeks a licensed Texas real estate professional to join a military-focused team. You will guide buyers through VA loan processes, coordinate with lenders, and leverage knowledge of JBSA-related commutes and schools to match families with homes.

You’ll negotiate offers, manage listings, and conduct open houses, delivering trusted guidance over a transactional approach.

Qualifications

• Licensed Texas real estate professional or newly licensed with the right heart.
• Strong knowledge of JBSA-Randolph, Lackland, Fort Sam Houston areas and base proximity.
• Commitment to client-first service and local market expertise.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch and consult with buyers to identify homes.
• Coordinate VA loan eligibility, lender coordination, and military-specific processes.
• Develop knowledge of base proximity, BAH, commute realities, and schools.
• Negotiate offers for sellers and buyers and track tasks in PLACE Technology.
• Conduct two open houses monthly and convert consultations to listings.
