Our team specializes in helping families PCSing to Randolph AFB, Schertz, Cibolo, and Bulverde. We’ve lived the life—\u2014we’ve survived the moves, the virtual tours, and the stress of choosing a home from halfway across the world. We’re looking for a grounded, confident agent who is ready to be a "trusted guide" for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing related services
