Job summary

LMI seeks a Military Health Clinical Policy and Execution SME to support a federal program management office in Northern Virginia. This role focuses on bridging clinical healthcare delivery with DoD operations, delivering evidence-based policy, and advising senior leadership.

Responsibilities include policy development, program execution, and collaboration with DHA and military health stakeholders to advance Warfighter Brain Health priorities such as TBI care and health policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Pass a government background investigation (financial, criminal, residential, educational, foreign affiliation, prohibited substance abuse, and employment verifications).
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of clinical experience in healthcare settings, including TBI patient care planning.
• 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare administration or operations with 2–5 years supporting DoD or federal government healthcare including direct clinical experience with TBI care.
• Experience preparing executive-level briefings, white papers, and Reports to Congress for senior leaders.
• Experience coordinating with interagency partners such as VA, Combatant Commands, Joint Staff.
• Experience developing, implementing, and ensuring compliance of health policies and clinical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical policy development, program development, and operational improvements for military health clients.
• Provide guidance on DHA health care delivery, health policy, governance, and federal healthcare regulations (HIPAA, Joint Commission).
• Advise on Military Health clinical care delivery and policy supporting Warfighter Brain Health initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and stakeholders to assess care practices, identify gaps, and generate evidence-based recommendations.
• Develop and deliver policy guidance, clinical workflows, and training materials supporting Warfighter Brain Health initiatives.
• Prepare supporting documentation such as policy analyses and briefs for leadership and stakeholders.
• Serve as a day-to-day Military Health Policy expert and escalation point for clinical and policy matters.
