Job summary

Candidates will bridge clinical healthcare delivery with DoW readiness, working with DHA and senior leadership, and contributing to policy guidance, workflows, and training materials tailored to military health environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of clinical experience in health care including patient assessments and care plans.
5+ years in healthcare administration or operations with 2–5 years supporting DoD or federal government healthcare.
Experience with DHA health care delivery concepts and federal regulations (HIPAA, Joint Commission).
Excellent written and verbal communication for high-stakes audiences and policy briefs.

Responsibilities

Support clinical policy, program development, and operational improvements with military health providers and government stakeholders.
Advise on Warfighter Brain Health priorities and DoD health policy integration into programs.
Coordinate with clinical teams and project staff to identify gaps and craft evidence-based policy and program recommendations.
Prepare executive briefs, white papers, and reports for senior leaders and stakeholders.
Develop training materials and policy guidance that aligns with DoD health policy and regulations.
