This entry-level to mid-level position emphasizes training in GWO and hands-on growth in electrical and mechanical skills, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and competitive hourly pay. English fluency and a valid driver's license are required.

Formación

• Wind Technician certificate or 1 year of wind turbine experience.
• Safety-conscious and able to work at heights.
• Physically fit and able to travel across sites.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain wind turbines with the team.
• Travel to sites across the Midwest US and coordinate with diverse teams.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure a secure working environment.
• Support construction and installation projects through full turbine life cycle.
