Job summary

Auros is seeking a Middle Office Analyst to support trading operations from a remote, globally distributed team. The role focuses on reconciliations, daily bookings, and financial processes, with exposure to digital asset markets across multiple exchanges.

The ideal candidate has a Finance/Accounting degree and 3–5 years in middle office work, especially in crypto or financial services. Candidates must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of independent work from their home country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3-5 years of middle office experience, ideally in digital currencies or financial services.
• Ability to raise issues and communicate with peers, managers, clients and partners.
• Remote work capability with ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong initiative, sense of urgency and resilience in fast-paced teams.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial software systems.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external liaison.
• Desirable understanding of blockchain, digital assets, and regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts and portfolios; assist in daily reconciliations.
• Assist trading team with asset management across exchanges and fund transfers.
• Collaborate with teams or external contacts to resolve discrepancies and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage creditor interactions; verify terms; facilitate drawdown and payment of loans; audit invoices.
• Produce scheduled and unscheduled reports and historical records.
• Help develop automated processes from manual ones; contribute to QA.
• Conduct break analysis and resolve trading data discrepancies.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as required.
