A leading global quantitative trading firm is expanding its Digital Assets Operations team and is looking for talented professionals across Trade Operations, Middle Office, Clearing and Settlements.

Responsibilities:

• Trade Lifecycle: Capture, clearing and settlement across exchanges, OTC counterparties and prime brokers.
• Reconciliations: Monitoring positions, cash and digital assets while investigating and resolving breaks.
• Liquidity & Margin: Supporting collateral, funding and margin requirements across trading activity.
• Digital Asset Operations: Managing on-chain transfers, wallets, custody and related operational processes.
• Automation: Improving workflows and using technology to reduce manual processes and strengthen controls.
• Trading Desk Support: Working directly with traders, quantitative teams, engineers and external counterparties.
