Job summary

Wealth Enhancement Group, LLC is seeking a Trading Analyst for its Los Angeles, CA team with a fully remote arrangement. The role defines and manages account trading processes, focusing on efficiency using Orion and Eclipse, and supporting managed portfolios.

Ideal candidates have a Series 65 or Series 7/63, a finance-related bachelor’s degree, and 3+ years of asset management experience. Weekly hours align with Pacific and Eastern time zones.

Qualifications

• Series 65 license or Series 7 & Series 63 strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete trade requests, RMDs, withdrawals and investment of new funds.
• Process client model change requests and generate block trade orders.
• Maintain cash balances in client accounts and execute trades per PM directives.
• Coordinate with custodians, service teams and financial advisors.
• Prepare daily performance sheets and quarterly best execution reports.
• Assist in quarterly performance presentations and trade sheets.
