Job summary

Galaxy is seeking an entry-level Operations Analyst in New York to support trading and investment operations. You will work across trading, operations, finance and engineering, ensuring accurate reconciliations and robust process documentation.

We expect 1–2 years in operations, strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset. This role offers hybrid/flexible work arrangements and exposure to crypto-enabled financial services.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Operations with products, systems and technology.
• Quick learner, hardworking, results driven and responsible.
• Ability to communicate within a team and across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide full support to Galaxy Digital’s trading and investment operations.
• Work in a fast-paced trading environment with daily interaction across multiple units.
• Manage OTC trade capture, reporting, and settlement.
• Ensure operational processes are documented, tested and supported.
• Identify control gaps and suggest process improvements.
• Respond to inquiries from counterparties and brokers.
• Daily trade, position and cash reconciliations.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
