Job summary

Boulevard is seeking a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to own a diverse book of self-care clients from onboarding through renewals and expansion. You will collaborate across Onboarding, Sales, Support, and Product while working remotely to maximize value for salons, spas, and medspas served by Boulevard.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive retention, reduce churn, and expand relationships, leveraging data-driven insights to guide customers toward lasting success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing a Mid-Market book with proven retention and renewals.
• Experience handling multi-location accounts with limited oversight.
• Strong business acumen to interpret customer goals and risks.
• Clear, empathetic communicator who explains complex solutions.
• Growth mindset with data-driven recommendations.
• Mentoring or supporting newer CSMs is a plus.
• Experience in salon/spa/wellness is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship after onboarding, driving value and long-term success.
• Own retention by monitoring health signals and leading renewals.
• Run business reviews and account planning for your book.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across each account.
• Share feedback, trends, and risks with product and partners.
• Identify opportunities to boost product adoption and upsell.
• Be a go-to resource for newer CSMs on complex accounts.
