Job summary

Fetch is seeking an Account Manager to support and manage client engagements, align deliverables with client needs, and drive revenue growth. You will engage with campaigns, build strong relationships, and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve accuracy and efficiency in client delivery.

In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day client engagement, contribute to strategy discussions, and collaborate with sales to upsell and expand partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of account management, partnerships, or sales support.
• Experience in digital media, advertising, or consumer data is a plus.
• Experience analyzing campaign data and presenting insights to drive business outcomes.
• Experience leveraging AI, automation, and other technology to drive measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue targets and contribute to individual and/or team goals.
• Contribute to retention and growth of client partnerships, positioning Fetch as a strategic partner.
• Build consultative relationships with mid-level and executive client contacts.
• Support onboarding for new clients and brands, campaign setup, and coordination of materials.
