Job summary

Concept Solutions seeks a Microsoft 365 Tier 3 Support Engineer for the FAA Infrastructure & Operations Directorate. You will provide white-glove Tier 3 support to FAA executives and staff, handling Exchange Online, Teams, and 365 apps across 60k+ users.

You will drive incident ownership, automate workflows, and create robust SOPs and knowledge bases while coordinating with Microsoft and FAA teams to ensure uptime and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years in IT service management, configuration or change management.
• Proven experience delivering Tier 3 support to executive leadership in large enterprises.
• Strong troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 suite including Exchange Online, OWA, Teams and apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove Tier 3 support for FAA executives and executive staff.
• Coordinate escalations with internal engineering, Microsoft, vendors, and FAA teams.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize SOPs, KBAs, and job aids for support staff.
