Job summary
Marathon Consulting is seeking a Microsoft 365 developer/engineer to support clients in Hampton Roads and Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years with SharePoint 2013+ and 3+ years with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365, plus hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.

Qualifications
- 5+ years with SharePoint 2013+ including migrations, configuration, or development
- 2+ years with SharePoint Online including admin, migrations, SPFx, and modern sites
- 5+ years with C#/ASP.NET or JavaScript/SQL/web tech
- Experience with Microsoft Teams administration
- Strong problem solving and SDLC knowledge
- Willingness to participate in sales/marketing calls
- Polished communicator with client-facing presence
Responsibilities
- Assist with migration of data into Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online
- Develop custom components for SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams
- Evaluate capabilities and recommend leveraging new features
- Create automated business processes with Power Automate
- Design and develop Power Apps for line-of-business processes
- Provide governance and security strategies for Microsoft 365
- Advise on best practices and third-party integrations
- Assist in architecture and administration of security policies
