Job summary

Airswift is seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our manufacturing-focused organization. This hands-on role manages the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring security, governance, and optimization while collaborating with IT Operations, cybersecurity teams, and external providers.

The role serves as the escalation point for Microsoft 365 services, focusing on identity management, collaboration, endpoint management, and data governance across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Intune.
• Solid understanding of Conditional Access, MFA, and identity security principles.
• Experience using PowerShell for Microsoft 365 administration and automation.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 tenant, including licensing, service health, configurations, and feature rollouts.
• Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune environments.
• Oversee site provisioning, permissions, retention policies, and external sharing governance.
• Support device compliance and configuration policies for Windows and mobile devices.
