Job summary

Jobgether on behalf of our partner seeks an Advanced Technical Support Specialist based in the United States. You will troubleshoot gas engines and generator systems, manage technical cases from start to finish, and perform remote diagnostics with occasional onsite support across the Americas.

You will work with distributors, technicians, and internal specialists to ensure equipment reliability, commissioning, maintenance, and continuous improvement while meeting service performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical or hands-on field service role involving gas engines or related systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or an allied technical degree with experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical cases from initial contact to final resolution for customers and partners.
• Provide first- to third-level troubleshooting, remotely and onsite as needed.
• Support commissioning, startup, and maintenance activities on gas engines and packages.
• Coordinate with distributors and service partners to ensure site readiness and documentation accuracy.
