Job summary

Eaton's Corporate Sector is seeking a Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer focused on Capacity & Time Study to join our team. This remote-based role requires residence within 100 miles of El Paso, TX and involves up to 75% travel to support shop floor data collection and capacity modeling.

You will conduct time studies, analyze cycle times, develop standard work, and build labor benchmarks to improve productivity. A BS in Engineering and 2+ years of manufacturing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years of manufacturing operations experience, including internships/co-ops.
• Experience developing standard work and value/non-value added cycle time analysis.
• Must be U.S. person; eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Significant travel required (50-75%).

Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies and cycle time observations across manufacturing processes.
• Record and validate manual and automated process times using standard industrial engineering methods.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and variability.
• Support development of standard work and labor benchmarks.
• Assist in building and maintaining capacity models.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure data accuracy and process consistency.
