CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Industrial Engineer to establish and maintain labor standards through time studies and MOST, while driving process improvement to boost productivity and labor utilization. You will develop SOPs and report on operational performance to enhance the customer experience.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, strong data skills, and knowledge of Lean Six Sigma. This is a remote, full-time position with travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma certification required.
• Experience with time studies and MTM systems.
• Travel up to 50% as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, update, analyze, and document all labor standards and associated workflows.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce SOPs aligned with time standards.
• Perform time studies and work sampling using MTM systems.
• Draft and document SOPs for each job and task.
• Lead continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma tools (VSM, DMAIC).
• Maintain knowledge of Industrial Engineering software platforms.
• Provide analysis to improve process efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed of clinical process updates to ensure accurate reporting.
