Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior SSO Engineer to provide infrastructure server support for PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, SiteMinder, and related tools. This remote role requires residing in Puerto Rico and delivering secure, compliant SSO solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy SSO systems, troubleshoot incidents, and develop documentation and test scripts. A strong Linux-based SSO background is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience with Linux-based SSO systems and project delivery.
• 3+ years' server deployment experience with PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingDirectory.
• Experience with SiteMinder, LDAP, Active Directory, Privileged Access, and MFA.
• Strong Linux Red Hat environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide infrastructure server support for SSO tools (PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, SiteMinder).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy SSO systems.
• Troubleshoot user issues related to SSO infrastructure and software.
• Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts as needed.
• Understand and resolve technical and non-technical problems with the team.
• Participate in production support for incidents and risk communication.
• Ensure compliance with RTX security policies, server hardening, and standards.
