OPEN MIND Technologies AG, a world leader in CAD/CAM solutions for over 30 years, is seeking candidates in US West or Michigan. Elevate customer experiences by providing outstanding technical and sales support to customers, dealers, and partners.

Join our team to master pre-sales, deployment, and post-sales training, empowering customers and driving growth while collaborating with a multinational team in a remote-work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years in Manufacturing roles and/or CNC programming experience across multiple parts and metals.
• In-depth knowledge of CNC machining, CNC control systems and CNC machine tools.
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software.
• Experience with milling and turning machines (multi-axis preferred).
• Proficient in using and troubleshooting software applications.
• Strong GD&T knowledge.
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and Salesforce.

• Provide outstanding technical and sales support to customers, clients, dealers, and partners.
• Demonstrate pre-sales technical mastery by asking relevant questions and sharing applicable solutions.
• Lead software deployment and customer training to empower users of the CAD/CAM tools.
• Collaborate to resolve complex issues to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
