We’re seeking a hands-on Paid Media Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution and to lead bi-weekly client calls with a focus on lead generation and appointment booking. You’ll translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients and monitor results to improve retention, with a strong emphasis on delivering results for

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Set up, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor performance daily and adjust budgets, audiences, and creatives as needed.
• Configure tracking and lead-routing workflows; troubleshoot issues between platforms.
