This hands-on Paid Media Strategist role covers client strategy, bi-weekly calls, Meta campaign management, and tracking integrations. You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and drive retention and growth across

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Manage budgets, targeting, bid strategies, creative testing, and campaign variables.
• Monitor performance daily and adjust based on CPA and other key metrics.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and develop strategies to improve results.
• Test audiences, messaging, and creative for stronger performance.
• Contribute to ad copy and campaign messaging.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and conversion events; configure Calendly/Zapier automations.
