We grow financial practices by generating qualified appointments with high-net-worth prospects and deliver measurable ROI through a hands-on Paid Media Strategist role. You’ll own client accounts from strategy through execution, lead bi-weekly calls, and translate data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with Meta advertising focus.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact with clients.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Manage Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment bookings.
• Monitor budgets, targeting, bid strategies, and creative testing to optimize results.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and develop improvement strategies.
