Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist in the United States.

You will own a portfolio of client accounts, lead client calls, manage Meta campaigns, and translate data into actionable recommendations for high-net-worth prospects. Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, you will drive campaign performance, optimize budgets, and ensure client retention through clear communication and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships to support retention and referrals.
• Manage Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor budgets, audiences, bid strategies, and creative testing; optimize accordingly.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and conversion events; troubleshoot issues.
