Job summary

FullPond is seeking a data-driven Meta Ads Expert to manage high-performing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. You will build, optimize, and scale campaigns for lead generation, e-commerce, or brand growth, with a focus on ROAS and CPA targets.

You'll collaborate with creative teams, conduct audience research, test creatives, and ensure pixel/tracking accuracy. This remote role welcomes global applicants and offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be a current student or recent graduate of BYU-Pathway Worldwide.
• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads Manager campaigns and budgets.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CVR metrics.
• Experience with custom/a lookalike audiences and retargeting.
• Ability to analyze performance and optimize campaigns quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Meta ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• AB test creatives, copy, hooks, and targeting to improve performance.
• Monitor spend and key metrics to optimize ROI.
• Conduct audience research to identify high-converting segments.
• Collaborate with creative teams for video and graphic assets.
• Troubleshoot pixel and tracking setup for accurate reporting.
• Analyze data and present actionable reports with recommendations.
