Job summary

Huzzle seeks a remote-friendly Meta Ads specialist in the United States to plan, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns. You will monitor ROAS and CPA, develop audience strategies, and run A/B tests across creatives, copies, and structures.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration with creative and marketing teams, and the ability to manage multiple client campaigns remotely. Experience in a performance marketing setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
• Proven ability to launch, manage, and optimize performance-driven advertising campaigns.
• Understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and CPM.
• Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and campaign analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Digital or performance marketing agency experience (preferred).
• Experience managing multiple advertising accounts or client campaigns (preferred).
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, lead-generation or e-commerce advertising, and CRO or landing-page performance (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and other metrics.
• Develop and test audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike strategies.
• Conduct A/B tests across ad creative, copy, audiences, and structures.
• Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend to maximize performance.
• Track results and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to improve effectiveness.
• Identify and scale successful campaigns to drive consistent results.
