Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution. You will manage Meta campaigns, monitor results, contribute to ad messaging, and serve as the primary contact for clients across a portfolio.

You will report to the Associate Director of Operations, driving results, retention, and growth while aligning performance with cost per appointment targets and client expectations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Solve account issues proactively to support stability and growth.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor performance daily and adjust bids, targeting, and creative testing.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and develop improvement strategies.
• Test audiences, messaging, and creative to identify opportunities for stronger results.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
