- Strong ability to translate business goals to technical execution.
Responsibilities
- Drive lifecycle of complex software initiatives from scoping to deployment.
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Bridge Engineering, Product, Design, and Business to align goals.
- Contribute production-ready code across the full MERN stack.
- Lead system design, evaluate trade-offs, and ensure scalable solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, promote testing and CI/CD practices.
- Debug and optimize full-stack issues and production incidents.
- Identify blockers, manage cross-team dependencies, shield scope creep.
- Mentor engineers and raise the team's technical bar.
