United Software Group Inc is seeking a MERN Stack Solution Architect to lead complex software initiatives in a 100% remote role. You will drive architecture, mentor engineers, and ensure scalable, secure delivery across the full MERN stack.

Competenze

12+ years of professional software engineering experience with 3+ years in MERN stack.
Experience in Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or Tech Lead roles.
Strong React.js state management and Node.js backend development.
Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, and modern deployment pipelines.
Proven track record delivering Agile projects and using Jira/Linear/Asana.

Mansioni

Drive lifecycle of complex software initiatives from scoping to deployment and review.
Facilitate sprint ceremonies; track velocity, capacity and sprint health.
Bridge Engineering, Product, Design, and Business to translate goals into execution.
Contribute production-ready code across the MERN stack.
Lead system design, evaluate trade-offs, and ensure scalable, secure solutions.
Conduct code reviews, promote best practices, and champion CI/CD and testing.
Debug full-stack issues and optimize queries; resolve production incidents.
Identify blockers, manage cross-team dependencies, and shield from scope creep.
Mentor engineers and elevate the team's technical bar.
