Programmers.io is seeking a Mern Stack Solution Architect to oversee delivery of complex software initiatives. This role requires deep MERN expertise, leadership across cross-functional teams, and hands-on coding across the stack.

You will drive architectural decisions, manage dependencies, and ensure scalable, secure deployments in a remote setting. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential for success.

Qualificações

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or Tech Lead capacity.
• Strong understanding of React.js state management and Node.js backend development.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Docker.
• Proven track record of Agile workflows and project management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the lifecycle of complex software initiatives from scoping to deployment.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives; track velocity, capacity and sprint health.
• Bridge Engineering, Product, Design, and Business teams translating goals into technical execution.
• Contribute production-ready code across the full MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Lead technical system design, evaluate architectural trade-offs for scalable, secure solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and champion testing and CI/CD automation.
• Debug full-stack issues, optimize queries, and resolve production incidents with the team.
• Identify blockers, manage cross-team dependencies, shield development from scope creep.
• Mentor engineers and elevate the team's technical bar.
