Job summary

Turnberry Solutions is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join its Business Transformation practice in a fully remote capacity from Minnesota. The role focuses on Accruent Meridian administration, requirements analysis, and delivering technical solutions to regulatory and transformation initiatives.

The candidate will coordinate across IT and business stakeholders, develop user stories, and support implementation and post-production activities while promoting continuous improvement and strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on technical experience with Accruent Meridian and related IT applications.
• 4+ years of IT and IT Business Systems Analysis experience, including requirements definition and process mapping.
• Experience managing engineering documentation and CAD/drafting records.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and ownership for Accruent Meridian and other RPT applications.
• Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and support Meridian including workflows, security, reporting, and integrations.
• Support engineering documentation including CAD drawings, P&IDs, and controlled documents.
• Gather and translate business needs into system specifications, user stories, and technical solutions.
• Coordinate development, QA, UAT, implementation, and post-production support.
• Develop and maintain application documentation and training materials.
• Lead or support incident, problem, change, and release management.
