Job summary

Turnberry Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced IT Business Analyst to join the Business Transformation practice. This 10+ month contract role is 100% remote from MN, working CST hours, focused on TMS/OBC deployments and business-case development.

You will translate business needs into effective process/technology solutions, support Mastery/Motive deployment, perform testing, and maintain thorough documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4 years IT business analyst experience in road transportation.
• 2 years Mastery Mastermind deployment/support experience.
• One full lifecycle OBC deployment.
• One full lifecycle TMS deployment.
• One year OBC/TMS support.
• 1 year of requirements-gathering SDLC workshop experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into process/technology solutions for TMS/OBC.
• Guide business case development including cost/benefit and risk analysis.
• Support Mastery/Motive deployment and backlog management.
• Gather requirements for deployment to additional product lines.
• Provide test plans and perform functional testing; support user acceptance testing.
• Assist in testing, error handling, and documentation for applications.
• Maintain detailed documentation and provide user training as needed.
• Ensure safety policies and communicate hazards.
• Participate in unit and integration testing; support cutover and hypercare.
