Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Product Support Specialist to deliver fast, reliable service to our merchant partners. You’ll become a product and payments expert and partner with Sales, Client Success, Operations, and Engineering to resolve issues and scale internal processes.

You’ll handle high volumes with empathy, communicate clearly in English and French, and help drive feature requests and improvements that improve the merchant experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French is required.
• Experience in tech/ecommerce or SaaS is preferred.
• Strong written communication and empathy for customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, reliable support to merchant partners.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Prioritize and manage multiple inquiries with care.
• Capture feature requests to influence product planning.

Skills
