RYZE, a fast-growing, remote-first wellness company, seeks a Production Manager for branded merchandise. You will own end-to-end merch production, from creative brief to sampling, approval, and delivery, coordinating across apparel, drinkware, and swag.

You will build a reliable supplier network, manage budgets, negotiate favorable terms, forecast inventory, and partner with Creative, Brand, Marketing, and Operations to translate concepts into feasible briefs, ensuring on-time, on-budget

Competenze

• Experience owning a production or merchandise function.
• Background in merch production methods (screen print, embroidery, blanks sourcing, etc.).
• Track record of managing budgets and costs.
• Strong vendor management and performance tracking.
• Able to translate brand concepts into feasible production briefs.
• Highly organized with multiple projects and deadlines.
