Job summary

RyZE is seeking a Merchandising Sourcing & Production Manager to own branded merchandise from vendor sourcing to on-time delivery across apparel, drinkware, and swag. This is an ownership role with accountability for cost, quality, and schedule.

You will build a reliable supplier network, negotiate favorable terms, manage budgets, and partner with Creative, Brand, Marketing, and Operations to translate concepts into feasible production briefs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning a production or merchandise function, not just coordinating.
• Track record of managing budgets and delivering cost savings.
• Strong vendor sourcing, procurement, and supplier performance management.
• Experience designing and optimizing production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage vendor network for apparel, drinkware, and swag.
• Own end-to-end production management from concept to delivery.
• Set up and track vendor scorecards for quality, cost, and timeliness.
• Manage merch budget and identify measurable savings.
• Partner with Creative, Brand, Marketing, and Operations on production briefs.
