RYZE in the United States is seeking a Graphic & Technical Designer to own merch design from sketch to production-ready files, supporting merch on site, at retail, on TikTok Shop, and at events. The role covers creative concepting and the details of Pantone matching, tech packs, and sample review.

You will collaborate with Brand Merchandise & Production Manager to bring collections across apparel, drinkware, bags, stickers, packaging inserts, and swag.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing physical merchandise
• Expert-level Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience creating 3D mockups
• Experience producing tech packs for apparel/hard goods
• Strong typography and brand consistency
• Experience reviewing vendor samples and proofs

Responsabilités

• Concept and design merch across categories
• Adapt brand identity to product size, material, and print method
• Build seasonal, launch, and event-specific merch collections
• Create mockups and renderings for internal review and stakeholder approval
• Produce tech packs with construction details and color callouts
• Review vendor samples and proofs against specs
• Collaborate with Merch Manager, Marketing, and Operations on budgets and timelines
• Maintain an organized library of merch files and vendor information
