RYZE is seeking a Merchandise Sourcing & Production Manager to own the branded merchandise function from vendor sourcing to on-time delivery. You will set standards for cost, quality, and timelines across apparel, drinkware, swag, and other goods for retail, events, and internal use.

In this ownership role, you will build and manage supplier networks, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure inventory planning and forecast accuracy.

Qualificações

• Proven experience owning a production or merchandise function.
• Track record of managing a budget and cost outcomes.
• Strong background in vendor sourcing, procurement, and supplier performance management.
• Skilled negotiator with a history of favorable costs and terms.
• Experience designing and optimizing production workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end production management for all branded merchandise—from concept through sampling, QC, and delivery.
• Build and continuously improve processes from concept to delivery.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with timelines, risks, and status tracking.
• Flag timeline risks early and implement contingency plans.
• Partner with Creative, Brand, Marketing, and Operations to translate concepts into feasible production briefs.
