Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Communicate with Japanese customers on all project activities.
• Analyzing vendor proposals to ensure compliance.
• Participate in contract negotiations with subcontractors.
• Monitor project financial status and contract administration.
• Review construction documents for compliance.
• Participate in job progress scheduling.
• Coordinate design efforts and ensure compliance with scope.
• Maintain communication with project team members.
• Visit job sites to review progress and quality.
• Implement company’s safety program.
