Job summary

DLB Associates is seeking a Partnerships Manager to lead external delivery partnerships, including subconsultants, outsourced resources, and offshore teams. The role reports to the Associate Director, Strategy & Growth, coordinating with Project Managers, Contracts, Finance, and partners to forecast resource needs and secure appropriate external capabilities.

This position is remote within the United States and requires ME P focus experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of industry-related experience.
• Experience supporting proposals, RFPs, and contracts in engineering/MEP contexts.
• Experience with outsourcing, offshore resources, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead subconsultant partnerships and manage day-to-day relationships.
• Coordinate with Contracts, Finance, and Project Managers on solicitations and pricing.
• Forecast resource needs and manage offshore/remote capacity.
• Help ensure timely execution of NDAs and master agreements.
• Support cross-functional teams to improve external capacity and performance.
