Job summary

CPG is seeking an MEP Manager, Electrical to lead coordination of electrical trades on major construction projects. You will collaborate with the Project Team to ensure installation and turnover meet schedule, safety, and quality standards.

This role requires extensive travel (up to 75%), strong leadership, and experience reviewing drawings, coordinating submittals, and guiding field teams through commissioning and turnover to the owner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associates Degree a plus or comparable experience in mechanical, electrical or fire protection/life safety engineering, construction management.
• Construction trade specific experience with increasing levels of responsibility and demonstrated abilities to direct the work of others.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and scope MEP trades during pre-construction.
• Review contract documents and provide MEP-related modifications.
• Review and coordination of submittals and shop drawings.
• Lead coordination process to resolve installation conflicts.
• Mentor project staff, if applicable.
• Significant travel required – ~70% (rotating project site and remote weeks).
