The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP electrical systems, project management, and team coordination, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee MEP electrical projects, including design, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and subcontractors.
• Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and documentation to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing MEP electrical projects in commercial, industrial, or institutional sectors.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and industry standards.
• Proven project management skills with experience using software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• PMP certification or PE (Electrical) license is a plus.
