Job summary

Mission Critical Group in the United States is seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to lead cross-departmental delivery of integrated projects in mission-critical environments. You will coordinate equipment delivery, installation, QA/QC inspections, and L1-L5 commissioning, ensuring on-time, within-budget project completion.

This role requires strong electrical background, field experience, and ability to travel up to 80%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field experience in skilled trades, preferably electrical.
• Strong understanding of electrical power distribution, data center topologies, and equipment.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical project issues.

Responsibilities

• Support project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineering leads, VP of Delivery, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, QA/QC, and commissioning activities.
• Proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies.
