Job summary

Highfield Professional Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager/Owner’s Rep to oversee mission-critical projects across the United States.

You will act as the owner’s advocate from pre-construction through commissioning, ensuring MEP systems are designed, installed, and delivered to the highest standards. The role requires extensive travel, overseeing design, construction and commissioning, and maintaining safety compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as MEP Construction Manager or Owner’s Rep.
• Experience overseeing commissioning of complex MEP systems.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and relocate as needed.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E and LOTO safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the owner's point of contact with contractors and vendors.
• Oversee MEP design, construction, and commissioning (L1–L5).
• Manage risks, schedules, and owner reporting.
• Enforce safety standards (NFPA 70E, LOTO).
• Travel extensively and lead onsite project delivery.
