Job summary

Fernbrook Family Center is seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional to join as a Treatment Supervisor. The role provides clinical supervision to interns, trainees, and licensed clinicians across school, office, home or community settings.

The position supports documentation review, billing oversight, and ongoing clinical guidance while ensuring compliance with licensing boards. Remote supervision is possible, with in-person options in several Minnesota communities.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP.
• Eligibility to supervise per licensing board standards.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass required criminal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to assigned interns, clinical trainees, MHPs, and case managers.
• Review documentation and billing for quality, accuracy, and compliance.
• Support professional growth and clinical skill development.
• Collaborate with leadership, HR, and administrative supervisors when performance concerns arise.
