Job summary

Talentify in Brooklyn, NY seeks a Clinical Supervisor for a full-time role overseeing a team of licensed clinicians in mental health, substance misuse and IPV. The position embeds into Child Protective Services work and includes direct clinical service, supervision, training, and consultation.

Remote work is eligible under policy, with required in-person presence at a Brooklyn field office or in the community; occasional travel to other sites may be requested.

Qualifications

• LCSW or Licensed Psychologist licensed in NYS.
• Experience with IPV, substance use, and mental health.
• Experience and comfort with evidence-based models and assessment measures.
• Supervision/management experience required.
• Commitment to healing-centered, family-driven, anti-oppressive practice.
• Highly organized, self-motivated with ability to manage competing demands.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Program Director to implement a model meeting family needs across mental health, substance use, and IPV.
• Ensure policies and protocols are followed by the clinical team.
• Maintain open communication between Client, CPS, and clinical team.
• Oversee referrals and warm handoffs.
• Provide supervision to clinicians and model expectations.
• Support career growth and provide trainings.
• Participate in internal and external meetings.
• Provide after-hours consultation as needed.
