Qualifications

• Active licensure as one of LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP.
• Eligibility to provide supervision under licensing board standards.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community-based roles.
• Background checks required and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to interns, clinical trainees, MHPs, and case managers.
• Review documentation and billing for quality and compliance.
• Support professional growth and clinical skill development.
• Collaborate with leadership and administrative staff on performance concerns.
• Meet supervision frequency requirements set by licensing boards and programs.
• Supervise psychotherapy and/or skills services in varied settings.
