Job summary

Wings of the Future is seeking a licensed mental health professional to serve as Remote Clinical Supervisor. You will provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and professional development to therapists, social workers, and interns in a remote capacity.

The role ensures ethical, trauma-informed care, regulatory compliance, and quality documentation. You will lead audits, training, and policy development while maintaining a supportive, accountable remote work culture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related behavioral health field.
• Current, active, and unrestricted independent clinical license in the relevant state(s).
• Three+ years post-licensure clinical experience in behavioral health.
• Experience supervising behavioral health professionals and providing mentorship.
• Knowledge of clinical assessment, treatment planning, risk assessment, and mandated reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group clinical supervision via secure video platforms.
• Review clinical documentation for quality, medical necessity, and compliance.
• Guide clinicians in case conceptualization, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Monitor supervisees' performance, documentation, and progress toward goals.
• Provide actionable feedback to strengthen clinical skills and ethics.
