Job summary

Two Chairs is seeking licensed mental health professionals to deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults using modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and MBCT. Manage a caseload of 7–20 sessions weekly and track progress with data-driven approaches, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.

In this W-2 role, you will have access to a semi-monthly pay schedule, professional development support, free CE credits, and malpractice coverage. Flexible hours from 7:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Active license and in good standing as a mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist).
• Teletherapy experience of 6+ months is required.
• Experience evaluating adults (18+) with standard measures (e.g., PHQ-9).
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and teletherapy platforms.
• W-2 employment with standard payroll and withholdings provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+).
• Maintain a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week.
• Use data and progress notes to guide treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with other providers and refer when appropriate.
• Ensure documentation is completed and stored in EMR within 48 hours.
