Two Chairs is hiring licensed clinicians to deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults 18+ using modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and more. The role includes managing a caseload of 7–20 weekly sessions with 8–24 hours of availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Independently Licensed in Florida as LCSW/LMFT/LMHC or PhD/PsyD.
• Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states. We'll cover the entire cost.
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), 6+ months of teletherapy experience, proficiency with PHQ-9, and comfort with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+).
• Maintain a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, 8-24 total hours Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. EST.
• Manager check-ins: 1 hour/week first 6 weeks, then 30 minutes/month.
• Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust based on progress.
• Collaborate with other mental health providers and refer when appropriate.
• All documentation to be completed and locked in EMR within 48 hours of contact.
